Father's Day 2010

Three years ago, I had portraits made of the kids in honor of Lance's first father's day as a father of three.


This year I decided it was past time for an update. What do you think?






The portraits were a big hit, as you can imagine.







I didn't want to post these until their daddy had a chance to see them first. So, happy belated father's day to all the daddies!

Well, yes, but . ..

SCENE: Lance has just brought Ting Ting home and is getting dinner ready for her and Lauren.

TING TING: Daddy, get me some juice.

LANCE (teaching a lesson in politeness): Ting Ting, what's the magic word?

TING TING: Abracadabra!

(And, no, the juice did not magically appear)

I took Ting Ting to the studio for some portraits last weekend. I usually do it before Easter and didn't make it this year.


Still, no sense in letting that Easter dress go unphotographed.



She was a little wild, so the individual photos weren't stellar. Still, we were able to get some nice collages.

So, should we post in 2010?

Well, we're nearly two months into 2010, so it seemed a good time to post.


We've been on the road a couple times in the last few weeks. I'll clue you in to that soon.
